A girl’s guide to travelling alone podcast is now live on iTunes!

Hi everyone! This is just a short and sweet post about the launch of my new podcast over on iTunes! It’s taken me way longer than anticipated to get my head around the ins and outs of how to make a podcast, but I’ve loved every second.

The first episode is an interview with the wonderful Dr. Jane Wilson-Howarth, Wanderlust magazine’s resident medic. Jane has decades of long distance travel experience and has encountered all kinds of maladies from around the world. We discuss how to avoid getting Delhi belly, what to do if you have an accident or are taken ill when you’re travelling and what essential medical kit we should all take with us on each trip.

She has written hundreds of travel health articles, is a speaker for The Royal Geographic Society, and the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, and has written several books, such as female travel anthology ‘50 camels and she’s yours’ and the gloriously titled ‘How to sh*t around the world’.

I’m SO excited to finally launch this podcast. I will release one episode each week. Want to be the first to know about new episodes? Please do subscribe on iTunes or join my newsletter!
